Members of the Local Government Association of Queensland can sign up and in to Congruent by using their organisational email address.
For most users, Congruent is enabled for Single Sign On with your organisations Microsoft account and you will be directed to your organisations sign in page to complete the sign in process. Please ensure that you sign in with the email address that it is associated with your Microsoft account.
If you encounter issues signing in with your Microsoft account and you use more than one email address in your organisation (e.g. John.Smith@council.qld.gov.au and Mayor@council.qld.gov.au) please try signing in with your other email address.
